A name synonymous with retail commercial real estate in Pittsburgh, Herky has set the standard for the business. With more than 40 years of experience, he delivers corporate real estate services to leading retailers and developers across the country, spanning strategic planning, site selection, development consulting, lease negotiation, construction, and financial analysis.

Herky was an integral part of building and founding the Pittsburgh office of CBRE, where he spent over 30 years and served on the Retail Advisory Council and the Americas President's Advisory Council. His leasing resume includes The Waterfront, Bakery Square, Union Trust Building, PPG Place, Market Square Place, SouthSide Works, PNC Park, and the David L. Lawrence Convention Center, among many others.

He also owns 12 restaurants across the Pittsburgh region and a shopping center portfolio. Operator, developer, and broker in one, which is exactly the point of the Legacy platform.
